Job summary

Condado Tacos is hiring a Server to provide exceptional hospitality and fast-paced service in a vibrant dining environment. You will engage guests, explain the menu, and ensure a memorable experience with high awareness and genuine friendliness.

Role requires availability nights and weekends, ability to handle currency and tips accurately, and reliable transportation. Health, discounts, and growth opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs.
• Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be willing to work nights & weekends.
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred).

A Server is responsible for executing food and beverage service throughout each guest's dining experience with Condado's service standards, focusing on maniacal hospitality. Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
• Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation.
• Team members will seldom kneel, squat or climb stairs.
• Team members will continuously lift, carry and balance 0-25 pounds, rarely lift or carry over 25 pounds.
