Condado Tacos in Franklin, TN is hiring a Server to deliver high-energy hospitality during guests' dining experiences. The role emphasizes fast service, guest engagement, and accurate handling of orders and allergies while maintaining our maniacal hospitality standard.

A Server is responsible for executing food and beverage service throughout each guest’s dining experience with Condado’s service standards, focusing on maniacal hospitality. Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
• Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation.
• Team members will seldom kneel, squat or climb stairs.
• Team members will continuously lift, carry and balance 0-25 pounds, rarely lift or carry over 25 pounds.
