Condado Tacos in Ann Arbor is seeking energetic servers to deliver maniacal hospitality and a standout dining experience. You will be fast-paced, attentive to guests, and skilled at building connections to foster repeat visits.

What You’ll Do:

A Server is responsible for executing food and beverage service throughout each guest’s dining experience with Condado’s service standards, focusing on maniacal hospitality. Servers must be fast paced, have a high level of awareness, and must have a keen understanding of how to make every Guest happy and help us build regulars every day! Our servers are authentically friendly, engaging with every guest and building connections.

Responsibilities:

• Provide maniacal hospitality and the best experience for our guests.
• Maintain a positive attitude & be authentically you - have fun
• Have genuine curiosity for why our guests are dining with us, if they have dined with us before and share who we are
• Thanks, every guest & show appreciation for them dining with us
• Know how to listen and communicate appropriately.
• Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
• Work as a unit and be team oriented.
• Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
• Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be willing to work nights & weekends
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
• Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation.
• Team members will seldom kneel, squat or climb stairs.
• Team members will continuously lift, carry and balance 0-25 pounds, rarely lift or carry over 25 pounds.
