KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Sunset Valley is hiring a friendly Server to create a memorable dining experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide orders in a busy, high-energy setting.

Join a team focused on hospitality, accurate menu guidance, and seamless service across dining and bar areas. The role requires strong communication, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and comfort around grills.

Formación

• 1+ years of restaurant experience.
• State-mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• POS systems experience.
• Excellent communication and guest service.
• Comfortable around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen attentively to guests to ensure correct orders.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Clean and organize the front-of-house server station.
• Observe and monitor table turnover by noting occupied, dirty or clean tables.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service and checking in regularly.
• Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management regarding allergy orders.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, hospitality-focused attitude at all times.
• Multi-task and balance between bar and dining room orders.
• Be a team player, assisting others to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Server at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, you are a part of the warm and welcoming environment for the guests. You will be instrumental in helping to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions

• 1+ years of restaurant experience.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with local regulatory authority health and safety standards.
• Point-of-Sale systems experience.
• Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.
• Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.
