Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking dining services staff to provide table service to residents, following established serving standards and guidelines.

You will assist residents with dining needs, ensure a friendly, professional and timely service, perform light cleaning and stocking, and help create a pleasant dining experience in a Florida retirement community.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Serve residents' meals according to meal tickets.

Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities.

• Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• Serve the resident's meal according to meal ticket.
• Assist resident with all dining needs while performing table services.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
