Job summary

Companion Health Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Server/Cook in Oklahoma to prepare meals for residents and staff. You will guide dietary aides and dishwashers to uphold food safety and sanitation regulations, while maintaining clean kitchen areas and operating food service equipment.

The role supports the Dietary Manager and requires a professional, service-oriented approach. The position offers full-time hours with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a short-order cook is helpful
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of meals as directed
• Adhere to Federal and State long-term care regulations for food safety and sanitation, and follow all Dietary Department policies and procedures
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean by washing and cleaning equipment and utensils, and performing other scheduled cleaning tasks
• Safely operate and assess the condition of food service equipment
• Perform other duties or assignments as directed by the Dietary Manager
