Job summary

The Point is seeking energetic Seasonal Servers for the May through October period at our Somers Point location. You will provide outstanding service, greet guests, take orders, and work with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operation in a vibrant, island-themed setting.

Join us for a dynamic season at Jersey Shore, with base pay plus tips and a welcoming, team-focused environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with opportunities to be part of a spirited hospitality crew.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Seasonal Servers to join our team from May through October. As a server at The Point, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests while maintaining a fun and vibrant atmosphere.
