Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Riderwood location is seeking an entry-level dining teammate. This role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours with no late nights and the chance to gain valuable hospitality experience.

You'll develop menu knowledge, engage with residents, and help deliver a welcoming dining experience. No prior experience required; strong communication and a friendly, energetic attitude are a plus, with weekday and weekend availability.

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.

• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.
