GenCare Lifestyle is seeking friendly Servers to join our culinary team at The Ballard Landmark in Seattle. This part-time role supports a premier senior independent/assisted living community and emphasizes gluten-free dining excellence.

You’ll work with a caring team to deliver compassionate service to residents and guests, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a dynamic dining environment.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of sixteen (16) years or age
• High School graduate or equivalent, helpful.
• Minimum fulfillment with criminal background checks every two (2) years and thereafter.
• Ability and desire to work well with people of all ages, especially seniors.
• Fulfill responsibilities in a friendly, compassionate, and pleasant personable manner.
• Required to read, write, and speak the English language fluently with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
