Job summary

GenCare Lifestyle @ The Ballard Landmark in Seattle is seeking talented Servers to join our culinary team. We’re a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living community and a Best Assisted Living award winner.

As a Server you’ll contribute to gluten-free dining, deliver compassionate service to residents and families, and support a warm, welcoming environment. This part-time role includes paid sick leave, 401(k) with employer match, free meals on shift, and CEU/license reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of sixteen (16) years or age
• High School graduate or equivalent, helpful
• Minimum fulfillment with criminal background checks every two (2) years and thereafter
• Ability and desire to work well with people of all ages, especially seniors
• Fulfill responsibilities in a friendly, compassionate, and pleasant personable manner
• Required to read, write, and speak the English language fluently with the ability to follow oral and written instructions
