Job summary

Patriots Landing in Washington is seeking servers to take and deliver orders in our restaurant-style dining room for residents. You will maintain clean tables, present menus, and provide top-notch service with a friendly, patient demeanor to our senior residents.

The role offers full-time hours with shift times from 7 am to 7 pm, and opportunities for growth and education reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• WA State Food Handler's Permit preferred or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Previous restaurant serving experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with emphasis on sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance.
• Present menus and help customers select food and beverages.
• Take and serve orders.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for products.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff.
• Handle complaints positively and professionally.

We're hiring for multiple positions, Full Time, Shift times may vary as our dining room opens at 7 am and then closes at 7 pm daily.

Position Overview

Patriots Landing is looking for competent servers (waiter/waitress/dietary aide) to take and deliver orders to our residents in our restaurant-style dining room. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when residents arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service to the seniors who reside in our community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
