Job summary

Chula Seafood Grayhawk is seeking a Server / Fish-Tender to join our fast-paced, hospitality-driven team in Scottsdale. You will welcome guests, guide them through our seafood-driven menu, and maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room.

We value energy, reliability, and a genuine love for hospitality. Training will cover seafood education, service standards, and teamwork to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years serving or bartending experience.
• AM/PM availability required.
• Passion for hospitality and caring for guests.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with money handling and POS systems.
• Opening/closing responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

At Chula Seafood, hospitality is at the heart of what we do. As a Server / Fish-Tender, you’ll be part of a team-service environment where everyone jumps in to help.

You’ll serve and connect with guests, confidently guide them through our seafood-driven menu, run food, bus and reset tables, package fresh fish from our market, and support your teammates wherever needed.

We’re looking for people who understand that great hospitality goes beyond taking an order. It’s about reading the room, anticipating what guests need, helping your team, and creating an experience that makes people want to come back.
