Chula Seafood Grayhawk is fishing for a hardworking, food-loving PM Line Cook to join our Fish Fam. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen.

About the Role

As a Line Cook at Chula Seafood, you’ll work alongside our culinary team to execute our chef-driven menu with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for station setup, prep, service execution, cleanliness, and helping the kitchen finish every shift strong.

This is a hands-on position in a busy kitchen with more fresh seafood than you’ll know what to do with.

What We’re Looking For

• PM availability required
• Full-time availability preferred
• 1+ year of line cook or similar kitchen experience
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen
• Strong knife skills are a plus
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work clean and efficiently during busy service
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow
• Seafood experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you the fish!
