Chula Seafood Grayhawk is seeking a Server / Fish-Tender to join our fast-paced, hospitality-driven team in Scottsdale. You will welcome guests, guide them through our seafood-driven menu, and maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room.

We value energy, reliability, and a genuine love for hospitality. Training will cover seafood education, service standards, and teamwork to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years serving or bartending experience.
• AM/PM availability required.
• Passion for hospitality and caring for guests.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with money handling and POS systems.
• Opening/closing responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Seafood knowledge is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine, knowledgeable hospitality to every guest.
• Guide guests through the seafood-driven menu with confidence.
• Run food, bus and reset tables, support FOH as needed.
• Package and assist with seafood from the market.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready restaurant and teamwork.
