The VIG in McDowell Mountain Ranch is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent dining experience. The role requires interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. Responsibilities include tracking guest orders and complying with food and beverage regulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven working experience as a bartender.
• Ability to keep track of guest orders and overall experience.
• Must stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements
• Restock stations before/after service
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
