Butler Hospitality is operating the Food and Beverage Departments with our partner hotels in Salt Lake City.

We are looking for Servers for our new location at The Radisson Hotel‑Salt Lake City Airport.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patrons upon arrival and address Food & Beverage needs
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of available beverages, menus, ingredients, and prices
• Submit tickets and any special requests to the kitchen/bar in a timely manner
• Handle purchasing transactions, operate the cash register, and account for daily sales, receiving payments, issuing receipts and providing correct change as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times, including clearing tables, resetting tables, and performing closing clean‑up duties

Qualifications

• US‑based and authorized to work in the United States
• Familiarity with state liquor regulations and can verify patrons’ legal drinking age
• Previous experience in a restaurant setting
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Excellent customer service skills
