Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a friendly, professional server for a part-time position. You will take and deliver orders, clear tables, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean, organized station.

You must be 18+, have reliable English communication, and possess a courteous demeanor. Previous serving experience is preferred, and opportunities for training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage to include taking, delivering and clearing orders.
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Input orders into POS and relay details to the kitchen.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and liquor policies.
• Work with a positive attitude in a team environment.
• Strive to be a seller, not just an order taker.
• Maintain attention to detail and comply with company standards.
• Practice safety and sanitation policies at all times.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
