Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Ocala, FL is seeking a full-time Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes, maintain a clean station, and follow safety and sanitation practices to meet Harry's standards.

We look for at least 1 year of food preparation experience, ability to work with a team, and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
