We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Hospitality Team. Uccello’s has a fast paced environment offering award winning Italian Family Recipes to our Guests in an atmosphere that brings food, family and sports together. We are looking for individuals who want to join our Uccello’s Family and help us continue our growing success. Job Duties include:

• Maintain Guest first focus at all times
• Welcome and greet all guests and make them feel comfortable as if they are a guest in our own homes.
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the management team.

Requirements

The successful applicant will:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
• Be able to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
