Job summary

UHG is a locally & family-owned group operating 8 restaurants in the Greater Grand Rapids area, including Grandville. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team in a fast-paced setting located in Grandville, MI.

We are hiring for both part-time and full-time roles and are willing to work with any availability. Take home all your tips daily and be part of a friendly, growth‑minded workplace that values guests and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
• Be able to work in a fast paced restaurant environment.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.

We are looking for both full and part time team members and are willing to work with any availability plus... TAKE HOME ALL YOUR TIPS DAILY!!!

Our location has been more than busy through all the restaurant mandates in the last year and it's only going to keep getting better!

We didn't want to stop there... In 2016, we launched our fast-casual concept, Herb & Fire Pizzeria, and have since opened a second location.
