Job summary

IHOP Port Orchard in Washington is hiring a friendly server who delivers excellent guest service while memorizing our menu and daily specials. You will take food and drink orders, clear dishes, and handle guest transactions with a smile.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Server experience preferred.
• Able to stand for hours at a time.
• Strong guest/customer service skills.
• Friendly and people skills required.
• Experience using a restaurant POS software platform.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from guests and clear dishes from tables.
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner.
• Handle server banking and cash processing.
• Memorize menu items and specials to upsell and answer questions.

The restaurant server will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from guest and removing dishes from the
table in a timely manner. Responsible for server banking and cash handling.
