Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment in Pooler, GA is seeking a Server to deliver friendly, timely service, know the menu, and upsell items while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will welcome guests, recommend menu items, showcase beverage knowledge, handle payments, keep your area clean, and work with a team to ensure a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area, server section, all while completing the necessary side work
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

At Dave & Buster's/Main Event Entertainment, our Servers serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsMust act with a swift sense of urgency
