Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Madison, WI is hiring a Server to provide outstanding guest service, know the menu, and suggest items with a focus on safety and sanitation.

You will greet guests, recommend menu items, showcase beverage knowledge, deliver orders promptly, process payments, and maintain a clean, fast-paced work area while upholding standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs).

Responsibilities

• Process payment transactions and invite our Guests back to the FUN !
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area, server section, all while completing the necessary side work
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

At Dave & Buster's/Main Event Entertainment, our Servers serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
