Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Welcoming and seating diners, presenting menus, and answering questions about food preparation and allergens.
• Order Management: Recording food and beverage choices accurately and transmitting them to the kitchen or bar via Toast (POS) systems.
• Service Excellence: Delivering dishes and drinks promptly, performing "check-backs" to ensure satisfaction, and upselling specials or pairings to enhance the meal.
• Financial Transactions: Preparing itemized checks, processing cash and credit card payments accurately, and handling tips.
• Station Maintenance: Bussing tables, running food to your tables, and completing "side work" like restocking service stations and cleaning.

• Soft Skills: High-level communication, multitasking, patience with guests, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical Requirements: Stamina to stand and walk for 6-8+ hours and the ability to lift and carry drink trays and dishes
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Toast POS software, basic math for bill splitting, and knowledge of food safety or alcohol service regulations - Must have TIPS certification and Allergen certification
• Education & Experience: required at least 1 year of experience.
