Job summary

Federal Pizza in Phoenix is seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. You will guide guests through the ordering process, input orders into the POS, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages to tables. You will present checks and process payments with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant experience.
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification is required.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required.
• High-school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Server your responsibility is to work in a team setting to deliver a full service experience to guests by guiding guests through the process of ordering food and beverages, accurately entering the items into the POS system, delivering completed items to the guest, presenting the check in a timely manner and completing payment. This position works with other service positions to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their experience.
