Job summary

Upward Projects is seeking a Server to join our restaurant group in Gilbert, AZ. You will work in a team setting to guide guests through ordering, input items into the POS, and deliver meals with a focus on hospitality.

The role requires at least 1 year of full-service experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service. Benefits and team-focused culture are highlighted.

• High-school diploma preferred.
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the ordering process and beverages with accuracy.

• Present the check and complete payment in a timely manner.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Server your responsibility is to work in a team setting to deliver a full service experience to guests by guiding guests through the process of ordering food and beverages, accurately entering the items into the POS system, delivering completed items to the guest, presenting the check in a timely manner and completing payment. This position works with other service positions to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their experience.
