The Sicilian Butcher in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced Servers who are passionate about hospitality, delivering thoughtful, attentive service in a fast-paced dining environment.

As a Server, you will greet guests, take and input orders, present menus, and recommend specials while working with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure accurate, timely service and a polished dining experience. You will uphold food safety standards and contribute to a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior restaurant service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, our menu and beverage offerings.

Role Overview

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state.
