Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living seeks a compassionate Server for part-time evening shifts (4pm–7pm) with rotating weekends/holidays. Compensation ranges from $14 to $15 per hour, based on experience; eat free when you work.

The role involves preparing dining areas, serving meals, and maintaining kitchen and dining hygiene across shifts. Ideal candidates read and follow instructions, communicate well, and provide excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment supporting our residents.

Responsibilities

• Observe resident dining habits and report changes to appropriate personnel.

The Serveris responsible for preparing dining areas for meals, serving food in a timely manner. This position also assists with the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and dining area in addition to kitchenware and equipment.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with and respond to customer meal requests.
• Obtain meal orders.
• Monitor and maintain proper levels of supplies and food items in work areas and dining rooms.
• May observe and report changes in residents dining habits to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Maintain adequate cleanliness of dining services equipment and work area.
• Ensure proper storage of food items according to policy.
• May operate dishwasher when appropriate.
