NEXDINE Hospitality in Overland Park, KS, seeks a Server/Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional dining service to residents, guests and colleagues. You will help with setting up service areas, explain menu items, and ensure satisfaction across all dining experiences.
The role includes weekend shifts and a range of daytime/evening hours; prior food service and customer service experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and teamwork.

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00 + $2.50 shift differential for Saturdays and Sundays

The Server/Guest Experience Ambassador reports to the Director of Dining Services and is responsible for providing a best-in-class dining experience to the residents, colleagues, and guests we serve by ensuring all are provided with exemplary service.
The Server/ Guest Experience Ambassador operates in a kitchen environment whereby employees may be exposed to and/or required to operate equipment, including but not limited to, an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer and chef’s knives. The team member is frequently exposed to heat, steam, fire and noise.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee may be required to sit, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and push, pull & lift items weighing 40 pounds or less. Employee may be required to stand for long periods of time. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
