Job summary

Addington Place at College Harbor in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Part-Time Server to provide a friendly, professional dining experience for our residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment in a senior living community.

Responsibilities include serving meals, delivering orders, setting up dining areas, and assisting with cleanup while adhering to resident care standards. Training and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Similar experience preferable.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a team environment and work flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently.
• Provides delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request.
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware.
• Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers.
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied.
• Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room.
• May perform other duties as needed.
• May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
• May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents’ apartments.
