• Greet Guests and guide them through our menus with genuine hospitality.
• Accurately record food orders and ensure each Guest receives meals to exact specifications.
• Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and meet Ruth’s Chris standards of excellence.
• Demonstrate a Guest-first mindset and communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.
• Stay calm under pressure and help resolve any guest concerns quickly.
