Ruth's Chris Steak House in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a dedicated Busser to help create memorable dining experiences. You will set the stage for service by cleaning and resetting tables, delivering polished guest care, and supporting servers to ensure smooth dining operations.

Your role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to sanitation, with pay potentially varying by location and tips, plus a strong benefits package for eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our Guests
• Tailor our Dining Room for Guests by cleaning and resetting tables
• Assist Servers with food delivery
• Stay focused on ensuring 100% Guest delight both on your own and in relaying messages to Servers as necessary
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Safeguard our Guests and the business by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
• Be a true team player and work well with others
