Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Lafayette, LA is seeking energetic servers to deliver legendary hospitality. You’ll greet Guests, guide them through menus, and demonstrate genuine hospitality from the moment you seat guests.

You will provide friendly, attentive service that makes Guests feel welcome and willing to return, record orders accurately, ensure timely service, and uphold Ruth’s Chris standards of excellence. Stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.
