Responsibilities

• Greet Guests immediately, guide them through menus, while demonstrating genuine hospitality
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes Guests feel well taken care of
• Accurately record food orders ensuring each Guest receives their meal to exact specifications
• Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly and garnished correctly
• Demonstrate a Guest-first mindset by prioritizing the Guest experience
• Effectively communicate with Guests and Team Members
• Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
