Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly and energetic Server to provide exceptional guest service and support a fun dining and entertainment experience. You’ll know the menu, make great suggestions, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

Availability for days/nights/weekends is preferred, with a welcoming, guest-first attitude in a fast-paced environment. Join a company that values teamwork, safety, and delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage or retail is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and friendly attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication with guests and teammates.
• Alcohol service may require state-specific certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome guests and deliver friendly, FUN service.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guests' needs.
• Process payments and assist guests departing the venue.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and complete side duties.

At Main Event, our Servers serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and greet all guestswhile being a FUN ambassador!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service (you rock at creating a good time!)
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and safe section; completing side duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• State-required serving age (varies by state); Alcohol Certification, as required
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
