Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Dining Host to guide Guests through their dining experience, greet and seat guests, and maintain open communication with servers and managers to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit for everyone.

Daily duties include upholding cleanliness and safety standards, managing the waitlist, seating Guests or handing them off to another host, and coordinating with staff to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
