Job summary

Troon, Naperville Country Club in Naperville, IL, is seeking a driven Server to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will provide attentive service, describe specials, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of serving experience. Ability to meet state alcohol age requirements is required. Competitive benefits are offered.

Naperville Country Club, located in Naperville, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$12.00 - $18 per hour plus gratuities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describe specials of the day to guests; answer questions regarding any menu item and offer suggestions when appropriate
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
• Maintain an organized workstation and side work duties
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system
• Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
• Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques
• Practice tray service for all food and beverage service
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position
