Naperville Country Club, located in Naperville, IL, is pleased to announce a part‑time Busser position. This role supports a fast‑paced hospitality environment under Troon’s global leadership in golf and community management.
Compensation
$12–$14 per hour plus tips.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation.
- Knows the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
- Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for food delivery.
- Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with its corresponding ticket to run food to tables.
- Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
- Ensures that each menu item meets the exact specifications outlined on each ticket.
- Corrects menu items with the chef before delivery if they do not meet specifications.
- Fills and refills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used.
- Clears dishes in front of guests upon completion of each course.
- Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including: changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, repositioning chairs, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins.
- Assists the server when needed.
- Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients.
- Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- One month of related experience or training.

- Demonstrates professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.
