Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House is seeking team members to deliver legendary hospitality in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, guide them through our menus, and provide attentive service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Orders must be recorded accurately and served promptly with Ruth's Chris standards. You will stay composed under pressure and collaborate with teammates to resolve any guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Remain calm under pressure and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests immediately and guide them through menus with hospitality.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure guests feel taken care of.
• Accurately record food orders and ensure correct preparation.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, garnished and in line with Ruth's Chris standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members, maintaining a guest-first mindset.
• Stay calm under pressure and apply problem-solving skills as needed.
