Job summary

Eagle Senior Living in Florida is hiring a Server to wait on tables in the dining room and help deliver a great resident dining experience. This role reports to the Dining Room Manager.

You will maintain table settings, serve residents, and support with inventory and cleaning. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, plus strong interpersonal skills and a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper table settings and clean, properly placed table linens.

• Clean and reset tables after meal service; sweep and mop floors.
• Prepare for and work special functions.
• Assist with weekly inventory, vendor deliveries, and stocking.
• Wash and sanitize cooking and serving items, kitchen equipment, walls, and floors.
• Follow sanitation and safe food handling guidelines; use the Point of Sale system accurately.

Physical Requirements

• Normal or corrected vision and hearing, including color recognition

Working Environment

• Work is performed in a well‑lit, well‑ventilated dining setting, with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, odors, water, and noise
• Occasional outdoor exposure to weather and temperature changes
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, on weekends, or in other roles as needed
