Eagle Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team and provide exceptional resident dining experiences. You will assist with table service, food and beverage delivery, and maintaining a clean dining environment in a supportive, family-like setting.

We’re hiring a Server to wait on tables in our dining room and help deliver a great resident dining experience. This role reports to the Dining Room Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain proper table settings and clean, properly placed table linens
• Serve residents promptly and courteously; serve from the left, pour beverages, and clear from the right
• Clean and reset tables after meal service; sweep and mop floors
• Prepare for and work special functions
• Assist with weekly inventory, vendor deliveries, and stocking
• Wash and sanitize cooking and serving items, kitchen equipment, walls, and floors
• Follow sanitation and safe food handling guidelines; use the Point of Sale system accurately

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
• Ability to safely handle food in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills and polished appearance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and perform fine manipulation throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing, including color recognition

Working Environment

• Work is performed in a well-lit, well-ventilated dining setting, with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, odors, water, and noise
• Occasional outdoor exposure to weather and temperature changes
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, on weekends, or in other roles as needed
