Job summary

Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living seeks an entry-level dining teammate. The role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours with no late nights, starting at $14 per hour.

This is not a seasonal position and provides opportunities to learn in a growing retirement community. You will develop menu knowledge, engage residents and guests with recommendations, record orders, and help deliver a superior dining experience.

• Be 16+ years old.
• No experience required.
• Friendly and energetic attitude.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
