Job summary

Pearl @ East Cobb, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a Server to join our dining team. The Server provides dining and table services to residents and guests in accordance with established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include proper dining set-up, meal service, and dining room cleaning, while adhering to sanitary guidelines and regulatory requirements. Availability for weekends, evenings, and peak service times is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.

Server

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services, cleaning of the dining room, and assisting with dishwashing. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
