Job summary

The Neighborhood at Vestavia Hills by Phoenix Senior Living is seeking Servers to join their team. The Server provides dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas according to Phoenix Senior Living standards.

Shifts follow Mon-Fri; every other weekend required. Education required and prior dining hospitality or senior living experience preferred. Infection control and multitasking skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred.
• Follows infection control procedures and sanitary standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests.
• Set up dining areas and dining rooms and ensure proper service.
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
• Comply with federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required


• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
