Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living's Pearl @ East Cobb is seeking a Server to join our dining team. The Server provides dining and table service to residents and guests in our community dining rooms, ensuring proper set-up and friendly, efficient service.

You will help with dishwashing, maintain sanitary procedures, and support cleaning. High School Diploma or GED required; prior dining/hospitality or senior living experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Previous dining/hospitality experience in senior living preferred.

Description

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services, cleaning of the dining room, and assisting with dishwashing. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Shifts Details

Every Other Weekend Required, Full Or Part Time

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
