Supreme Dumplings in Redmond, WA is seeking a Restaurant Captain (Assistant Manager) to lead daily operations and train staff while maintaining our SOPs and delivering outstanding guest service.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor food quality, manage costs, and address guest feedback with a proactive, hands-on leadership approach. This on-site role requires 2+ years in service and relevant permits. Join a team grounded in Taiwanese cuisine and culture.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, food service, or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain one).
• Alcohol server permit preferred.
• Strong attention to customer needs and detail-oriented service mindset.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range - $28/hr.- $38/hr.

About the Role

Restaurant Captain (Assistant Managers) plays a key leadership role, supporting the General Manager in daily operations while ensuring our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are upheld, the team is well‑trained, and guests receive exceptional service.

Restaurant Captains lead by example, energize the team, and ensure the restaurant consistently meets or exceeds operational standards.

Qualifications
