Job summary

First Watch in Leesburg, VA is seeking servers who delight in delivering an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. You will learn our Five Steps of Service and act as a friendly, knowledgeable menu expert who balances tableside duties with genuine hospitality.

You will support fellow team members, treat customers with kindness, and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced environment, joining a culture that puts people first and values its employees as highly as bacon.
