First Watch, centred in Centreville, VA, is hiring servers who share our YOU FIRST culture and commitment to no night shifts. You will be the menu expert, delivering an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience with our Five Steps of Service and friendly, efficient service.

• No specific degree required. Customer service experience is helpful.
