Job summary

First Watch Restaurants, Inc. in Cincinnati is looking for friendly servers who deliver a memorable breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. You will master our Five Steps of Service, balance tableside duties with genuine hospitality and a deep knowledge of the menu.

You will support teammates, treat guests with kindness, maintain accurate orders, and ensure safety and speed in a fast-paced environment, while building repeat customer relationships through friendly, knowledgeable service.
