Job summary

First Watch in Herndon, VA is seeking friendly servers who love delivering a great breakfast, brunch or lunch experience. We proudly uphold a YOU FIRST culture, with no night shifts and empowerment to make decisions that enhance guest satisfaction while mastering our Five Steps of Service.

As a server you will multitask, share menu knowledge with guests, support teammates, and treat customers with kindness in a fast-paced setting.
